Welcome to TreguShqip (the "Platform"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform, including browsing, buying, and selling. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who we are

TreguShqip operates an online marketplace that connects customers with independent stores and delivery partners. We provide the technology and services that enable transactions, but the products are sold by the stores listed on the Platform.

2. Definitions

Customer — a user who browses or purchases products.
Store / Seller — a business that lists and sells products.
Delivery Partner — a company that fulfils deliveries.
Content — text, images, and other materials on the Platform.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Our role in transactions

Unless stated otherwise, TreguShqip acts as an intermediary. The contract of sale for a product is between the Customer and the Store. We are not the manufacturer or seller of Store products and do not take ownership of them.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices, availability, and delivery fees are shown before you confirm an order and may change over time.
An order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when confirmed by the Store or the Platform on its behalf.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By paying, you authorise the charge for your order total, including applicable taxes and delivery fees.
We may cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability, and refund any amount paid.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Seller and delivery obligations

Stores and Delivery Partners agree to provide accurate listings, honour confirmed orders, comply with applicable laws, and meet the quality and timing standards communicated on the Platform. Additional terms may apply to business accounts.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
Post false, infringing, or offensive content;
Interfere with the Platform's security or normal operation;
Attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform, its branding, and its Content (excluding Store-provided materials) are owned by TreguShqip or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Kosovo, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
